MINISTERIAL EDUCATION

I had a heavy focus of world religion and philosophy during my undergraduate studies. Additionally, I was privileged to study under two of the great Apostolic Pentecostal teachers of our day: the late George C. Coleman and Elder Fred J. Foster. I spent over ten years studying and preparing to Pastor God’s good people.

MINISTERIAL EXPERIENCE AND RELATED

Outreach Director and member of the Pastoral Staff at THE PENTECOSTALS of the Twin Cities in West Monroe, Louisiana. This was under Pastor Mark Foster’s leadership. I was responsible for overseeing all activities reaching out into the community as well as assimilating all newcomers to the church.  Also includes assisting Pastor in some secondary pastoral duties.  2/98 – 10/02

Outreach Director and Assistant Pastor at the Lighthouse Apostolic Church in Monroe, Louisiana. Assisted Pastor Alvin Walker in various duties such as leading a team of people in reaching out into the community as well as assimilating all newcomers.  Received extensive leadership training with John Maxwell’s “In-Joy Club” Leadership Materials.  5/91-1/98

I was a scholarship member of the University Louisiana of Monroe football team.  This opportunity provided me with a good opportunity to learn teamwork, communication, goal setting, and prioritizing.  It was during this time (05/08/91) I was saved and begin to walk with the Lord. 1990-1994

I have also been employed by CATERPILLAR heavy equipment dealers in Louisiana and Florida since 1994. I have worked full time since graduating college and the Lord has blessed me. I have filled a number of position in the parts, service and sales departments.
